Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position patients for radiation therapy.
- Operate and maintain radiation equipment safely.
- Monitor patients during treatment and manage side effects.
- Collaborate with oncologists and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or a related field.
- Certification from ARRT or equivalent in Radiation Therapy.
- Strong knowledge of oncology and radiation safety.
