What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Track and monitor progress on credit holds and identify opportunities to reduce their number
- Maintain custom tables within SAP to ensure compliance with internal controls
- Develop and maintain critical KPIs tied to AP success factors
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to assess opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
- Drive process improvement, simplification, and automation initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 4 years of Accounts Payable or auditing experience
- Experience with vendor or account reconciliation
- Experience documenting audit procedures and internal controls
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel
- SOX Compliance experience (preferred)
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
- Knowledge of complete A/P cycle processes (preferred)
