Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating strong communication, phone skills, and customer service.
- Exhibiting self-starter qualities, initiative, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Applying analytical skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines.
- Utilizing MS Office proficiently.
- Managing projects by planning, organizing, and coordinating work assignments to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Using systems such as Service Now, Coupa, and Oracle to adhere to fraud mitigation processes.
- Documenting verbal and written verifications accurately and completely.
- Auditing Coupa supplier changes and reviewing transactions for compliance.
- Resolving internal or external issues and tracking resolutions.
- Acting as a liaison between WM Card Services, WM AP, Area representatives, and 3rd party vendors.
- Being flexible and able to switch project assignments quickly.
- Assisting with special projects within assigned departments or cross-functional teams.
- Monitoring department processes and workflow to ensure accuracy and quality of data.
- Recommending changes and processes for continuous improvement.
- Meeting established daily/weekly metrics.
- Understanding business processes related to the Card Services Program.
- Engaging in SOX audits by assisting in data preparation and internal control testing.
Other duties as assigned.
