RoleThe Business Analyst II position will take operational ownership of our Coupa platform to ensure optimal functionality. This role will provide essential support to our strategic sourcing team responsible for indirect, materials and tower construction spend. The position’s responsibilities will encompass guiding and aiding in the Source to Contract activities, with a focus on building Coupa events based on stakeholder requirements, conducting analysis via the tool for business recommendations, awarding RFx’s and memorializing via the Contracts Management module in Coupa. You will be instrumental in facilitating training sessions on Coupa’s modules, emphasizing both contract and RFx functionalities, as well as optimizing the functionality of the tool.
Responsibilities- Support Category Leads across multiple spend areas to successfully implement sourcing efforts. Provide support throughout sourcing process, from data analysis, market research, RFx, to vendor negotiations and award utilizing Coupa throughout the process.
- Work closely with the strategic sourcing team to identify business opportunities, define / clarify a problem statement and develop an analysis plan. Gather, organize, reconcile, clean-up large data sets and conduct events.
- Become expert in our suite of tools (e.g., Coupa) and support internal processes (system management, audits, etc.).
- Train internal system users on processes and tools; create and update end-user guidance to drive self-service.
- Monitor functional performance (KPIs) and devise strategies for ongoing program optimization.
- Create reporting suite to distribute to category sourcing team and cross-functional connections to highlight trends and opportunities.
- Identify insights, synthesize results, and prepare management presentations.
- Work with the Business Process Improvement and Data & Digital teams to understand improvements in our sourcing systems and how that impacts system functionality (e.g., improved functionality and fixing of bugs/issues).

Education/Certifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics or a related field
Experience/Minimum Requirements- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Coupa or similar e-procurement platform (Ariba, Oracle, Ivalua)
- Experience with one or more of the following: direct and indirect materials, operational procurement, requirements analysis, business process design, Source to Pay (S2P), Procure to Pay (P2P), catalog management, and vendor/supplier management
- Experience in a process-focused role is a plus. This could include procurement operations/sourcing, systems management, or consulting.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
