We are looking for a Revenue, Sr Manager to join our team!

What you’ll do at Elekta:
The Revenue Sr Manager Oncology Software Solution is responsible for the day-to-day revenue activities and to oversee the revenue process for the organization. The Revenue Sr Manager will develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation, maximize profitability, and ensure pricing and revenue recognition compliance. The Revenue Sr Manager is expected to provide revenue analysis and lead the revenue forecast for the organization. The role involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue for the organization: Day to day management of backlog and revenue plan. Work closely with regional OF, Service and Finance to maximize opportunities and ensure company targets are met.
- Revenue Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. Conduct market analysis, evaluate pricing models, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization.
- Revenue Forecasting and Planning: Develop revenue forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and other relevant factors. Collaborate with finance and sales teams to establish revenue targets and budgets. Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Revenue Analysis and Reporting: Analyze revenue data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management. Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue performance, market trends, and pricing effectiveness. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions for revenue optimization.
- Revenue Recognition Compliance: Ensure compliance with revenue recognition principles and accounting standards. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to establish and maintain proper revenue recognition policies and procedures. Address revenue recognition challenges and provide guidance on complex revenue transactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
- Revenue Management Systems: Oversee the implementation and utilization of revenue management systems and tools. Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and effective utilization of revenue management software for forecasting, pricing, and revenue analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Experience with SaaS, perpetual licenses and M&S revenue model.
- Ability to lead and manage projects in a complex organization.
- Must be strategic minded with the ability to effectively multitask.
- Experience working and comfortable interacting with senior management.
- Must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Requires initiative and ability to think independently.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
- 5-10 years related experience in Order fulfilment or Revenue role.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills and use of data analysis tools required.
- Experience with large ERP and planning systems.
- Ability to manage electronic files effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The US base salary range for this position is $74,600 - $120,526.
