Join our dynamic finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst. We're seeking a skilled financial analyst with a strategic mindset to partner with sales leaders and drive sales and profit growth. If you're adept at financial reporting, analysis, and working with senior leadership, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leaders to create strategies for sales and profit growth.
- Perform monthly financial closing and reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee full P&L, including Sales, Margins, and SG&A.
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure quality and completeness of financial data.
- Analyze revenue and cost trends across various product lines and customer types.
- Prepare yearly budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Create presentations for the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Support improvement initiatives for net working capital.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus.
- At least 4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and monthly closing.
- Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge, with SAP and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Proven ability to conduct complex financial analysis and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid project management skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with Power BI and ERP implementation or conversion is a plus.
Minimal travel required.
