Starting salary of $70,000 and up

The Senior Financial Analyst has overall responsibility for business analytics and financial analysis. This includes data warehouse development, functional finance support, and reporting to help execute the company's strategic objectives.
Major Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Supports the executive team in planning, creating, and executing the company’s strategic objectives.
- Develops insightful reporting of information from disparate data sets. Leverages existing data warehouse to provide recommendations to senior management.
- Creates and distributes monthly reporting and assists in month-end close to provide insights on developments in the business.
- Works cross functionally to support sales, operations, finance, and the executive team.
- Develop detailed pro forma income statements on sales opportunities or managed care contracting opportunities and present results to senior management.
- Works with executive team to identify opportunities for value creation.
Position Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Education/Learning Experience
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or other related field.
- Desired: MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Work Experience
- Required: 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Analytical, Business Intelligence or similar analytic role.
- Desired: Pharmacy and/or oncology experience preferred.
- Skills/Knowledge
- Required: Established proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database utilization (SQL/Access). Ability to mine large amounts of data and must possess an expert level of data literacy. Strong analytical skills and the ability to mine large amounts of data required.
