What You Will Get To Do:
- Thoroughly reviewing incoming requests from diverse sources, such as email, facsimile, chat, and mail, to discern the writer's intent for processing.
- Proficiently processing a wide range of routine and complex customer responses through letters and emails, while consistently meeting or exceeding departmental standards for productivity and quality.
- Meticulously reviewing transactions for precision and accuracy, recognizing the paramount importance of accuracy in this role.
- Collaborating with clients over chat/inbound/outbound calls to resolve complex and non-complex issues promptly and effectively.
- Engaging in chat, fax, and email correspondence with clients.
- Actively liaising with other departments to resolve issues and address inquiries.
- Actively participating in cross-training initiatives across various departments to broaden your knowledge and skill set.
What You Will Bring:
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and typing, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and a high degree of accuracy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans and account details.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.
- Proficiency in research, analytical thinking, and problem resolution.
- An unwavering commitment to precision and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
