- Provide onboarding to new eSubmission Dealerships
- Provide dealer implementation communication and guidance
- Create test scripts with DMV specialist and execute test plan
- Identify, document, and report software defects
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issue

- Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes
- Ability to drive tactical planning to help in organizing Dealer eSubmittal implementation
- High-level organizational ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills in reviewing and implementing procedures and policies
- Strong organization and communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction while managing customer expectations
- Familiarity with various testing techniques and tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
