Binnie Media is hiring a Staff Accountant to join us in our Westbrook, Maine office.
The primary responsibilities include:
- Biweekly Payroll processing using Paylocity and creating associated Journal Entries.
- Creating the Daily Report updating Cash and Sales for the Company.
- Monthly Journal Entries for Cash, Sales, Corporate Allocations, etc.
- Calculate Sales Commissions and make associated Journal Entries.
- Track Insurance Enrollments and Download Monthly Billing.
The person in this position works with and assists all departments including sales and traffic with requests as needed, as well as various other accounting tasks.

We are looking for someone who has at least a 2-year accounting degree and a positive attitude and has worked in an accounting position for a minimum of 2 years. Radio experience is a plus but not required.
