FTS Federal, Inc. is seeking an analyst to join our ServiceNow team on site at JBSA Randolph. This position will work in a support role assisting the testing team and the on-site software development team. Knowledge of ServiceNow, including the following modules, is preferred: ITSM, APM, SPM, or AppEngine.
In this role, you will assist the testing team by participating in technical reviews with testers, running and monitoring automated test tools for issues, documenting test cases, editing automated tests as directed by the testing and software team, reviewing workflows, documenting potential bugs, and communicating with the test team. You will also meet with business analysts to learn and understand expected outcomes in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
This position requires 2 years of experience in a support or analyst role within a software or testing environment. The ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required.
