What you’ll be doing...
You will support Toll Free porting gains and losses for Verizon Commercial, Public Sector, and Wholesale customers. You will also support routing/feature changes. This work includes managing phone calls, email requests and MACD tickets. Team interacts daily with customers, internal service teams, operations, carrier partners, and sales groups.
- Complete customer requests and projects with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Research details of orders to confirm validity and accuracy of information
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and carriers by email and phone
- Analyze orders and make decisions to approve or deny
- Collaborate with different stakeholders in the successful execution of projects, changes, and/or migrations
- Provide support for customers, vendors, carriers, and internal/external personnel/organizations
- Keep up with technology changes and demonstrate willingness to expand knowledge and skillsets

Where you'll be working...
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
You’ll need to have:
- Two or more years of work experience.
- Two more years of experience in a technical order management role.
- Two more years of experience in a role that requires a high level of detail and accuracy.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including recognizing impact, urgency, and identifying root issues.
- Ability and willingness to understand established guidelines, policies and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to communicate effectively across varied people and perspectives and be able to translate technology into “common sense” language.
- Experience processing porting requests from telecom carriers.
