Snapshot Of The Role:
Step into a pivotal role where you'll manage key payment processes and partner with teams to drive financial insights that inform company strategies. What You Will Do:
- Oversee all areas of instructor payments, including processing payments, tracking, maintaining departmental files to ensure up-to-date information, and distributing reports such as 1099s upon request
- Manage all aspects of royalty payments, including processing and tracking of payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis
- Support the creation and ongoing updates of policies, procedures, and related documentation
- Work with the Accounting team on ad hoc projects and financial analysis as needed
About You (Requirements:)
- 2+ years of experience as a Jr. Production Accountant, Finance Coordinator, Payroll Coordinator/Assistant, or similar role
- Capability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Analytical mindset with the ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of Accounting
- Desire to continually improve existing processes, providing enhanced visibility to the business
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
