Position Responsibilities and Duties:
General Responsibilities- Build relationships throughout the company that will assist with understanding business needs and challenges.
- Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements.
- Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to be able to recommend solutions, build high-quality requirements, and coordinate testing.
- Bring a positive team attitude and ability to interact with diplomacy and tact with internal and external business process partners.
- Utilize interpersonal skills to influence senior leaders and peers as appropriate to support projects and changes.
- Utilize effective problem-solving and strong analytical skills to see underlying or hidden problems and patterns and look beyond the obvious.
- Quickly learn the objectives and operations of a new business area.
- Concisely communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
- Be persistent and bring consistent passion to achieve results utilizing available resources to overcome barriers and roadblocks.
- Constantly look for ways to improve business processes and quality assurance.
- Support delivery teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions.
- Oversee and support Quality Assurance on Projects and Changes.

Business Analyst Specific- Use a variety of techniques to understand, analyze, and synthesize business requirements (both functional and non-functional), such as interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, document analysis, and storyboards.
- Utilize these techniques to determine the explicit and implicit requirements of various stakeholders.
- Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives.
- Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly.
- Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements.
- Work with business and delivery teams to prioritize requirements.
- Review requested system changes and develop detailed specifications for implementation. Communicate system changes and issues at all levels.
- Create documentation as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, process models, and training materials.
- Review delivery team output to ensure requirements are correctly interpreted.
Quality Assurance Specific- Oversee the technology Quality Assurance Program. Develop, implement, and manage test schedule and strategy.
- Define scope and objectives of the Quality Assurance program. Participate in and be responsible for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop templates, training, and support materials and provide training and support to Product and Project team members involved in the quality assurance process.
- Engage with customers, as needed, to provide guidance, review designs, collaborate on test scenarios, define user acceptance criteria, or help isolate problems.
Minimum Skills Or Experience Requirements- Skilled at collecting, organizing, and manipulating large amounts of information from different sources to draw insights and make decisions. Able to tell stories with data and convey insights in an informative and compelling way.
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate work efforts.
- Excellent English verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Experience creating and presenting flowcharts. (Visio experience preferred but not required).
- Comfortable facilitating in-person and remote stakeholder workshops.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate and document defects.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Travel to divisions and job sites as necessary across the company.

Compensation RangeAnnual Salary: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00
