Partner with the best
As a commercial and business analyst, you will be responsible for supporting ODS Performance & Risk manager by providing data & data analytics related to cash collection, doing due diligence for reducing commercial risks by performing internal audits of Deal Machine opportunities and supporting ODS FP&A by helping with ODS revenue compilation.
Responsibilities
Cash Collection
- Generate past dues report for On-Demand Solutions (ODS) business & supporting ODS Performance & Risk manager by providing data analytics for cash collection
- Update customer credit master for ODS customer
- Act as primary point of contact for Account receivables team (ARCC) regarding any issues with ODS business
Commercial Risk Management
- Perform audit for Deal Machine regarding ODS opportunities, follow-up with ODS leaders for remediation of the audit findings
- Provide data and data analytics for ODS pipeline management & identifying risks associated with ODS business by monitoring pipeline
- Provide periodic updates regarding ODS pipeline and identify stale opportunities. Follow up with opportunity owners for remediation
ODS Revenue Reporting
- Support ODS FP&A manager for compiling monthly & quarterly ODS revenue reports
- Perform revenue analytics and provide feedback to ODS Performance & Risk manager
- Update Channel Partner lists on CashBoard
In addition to the above responsibilities, the candidate is expected to undertake special projects as required by the business.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have 2 additional years of experience in data analytics or similar role.
- Have a demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
- Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Power BI/ThoughtSpot, Salesforce.
