Location: Anchorage, AK
Duration: 12 Months
TYPICAL WORK PERFORMED
- Prepare and process IT Procurement, A/P.
- Coordinate procurement and Credit Card transactions.
- Utilize the contract tracking system to monitor all IT contracts.
- Create journal entries and enter in ERP system.
- Assist IT Asset Manager with maintenance of the centralized IT software and hardware tracking database.
- Assist with audit and budget processes.
- Prepare operating and capital budgets in support of the IT Director.
- Review and monitor revenue and expenses.
- Support planning for long and short term projects and formulate recovery plans.
