DescriptionSummary: Responsible for supporting the day to day operations by providing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as primary responsibilities. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations.
Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) will lead property level FP&A responsibilities for one of our casinos, in addition to supporting the Corporate FP&A organization as follows:
- Support management by analyzing financial results and preparing monthly forecasts.
- Provide financial strategic analysis for reporting and business decision making objectives.
- Assist in the annual budget and forecasting process and provide recommendations on how to improve forecast assumptions and baselines.
- Provide appropriate data and analysis on new deal transactions while monitoring performance on existing covenants.
- Provide support for ad hoc analysis and projects as needed.
- Support in identifying positive financial outcomes to increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position.
- Assist in training and supervising analysts on the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
RequirementsQualifications- 2 + years prior experience working in same or similar role preferred.
- Prior experience working in gaming industry preferred.
- An accounting knowledge foundation and application.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess the impact of operations on financial results.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong cognitive, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross functionally at all levels.
- Exceptional written as well as verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical background.
- Strong Excel skills and prior experience with SQL is required.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or other related area preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements- Prolonged periods of sitting/working at a desk.
- Occasionally push and/or pull up to 20 lbs.
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. at floor, knee, and waist levels.
- Occasional standing and walking.
- Constant use of hearing and vision, sitting, distinguishing between shades of color, and using tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
