The Shared Services team supports Delaware Life Marketing through technology, marketing, and analytics. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Operations Analyst. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the financial industry and sales enablement/marketing roles. Success in this role will include developing a core understanding of: Marketing Campaigns, Financial Products & Sales, Salesforce, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess a desire to learn about sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and natural curiosity to look at tasks in different ways.
Responsibilities:
- Support Daily Reporting Needs: You will work with the sales reporting team to understand and fulfill the daily reporting requirements of a financial sales organization.
- Maintain Advisor Information: You will work with Relationship Managers to collect and review information on our advisors, including: contact information, sales history, and other relevant details.
- Collaborate with Marketing: You will work closely with the marketing team to create lists of advisors for marketing campaigns, using the information on advisors available in our reporting tools.
- Identify Improvement Opportunities: During the course of your daily work, you’ll find opportunities to improve on the way things are done. Share these opportunities with the rest of the team, and help create better ways of doing things in the future.
- Project Support: Help with special projects as needed, such as reviewing how well certain sales ideas have (or haven’t) worked. You’ll learn to generate reports, conduct analysis, and present findings to key stakeholders to support our sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ Years Work Experience, including internships and/or Co-ops, required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Power Point, Excel) preferred.
- Desire to learn and grow in sales/analytics/marketing roles is required.
- No prior financial industry experience is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Microsoft office suite experience, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is a plus that will help you get off to a strong start.
