Summary:
Looking for valuable members for our Financial Analytics and Reporting (F.A.R.) group. Behind every strategic decision is a dataset created by an Analyst. The Business Analyst will work closely with team members and key leadership in providing insightful, meaningful reports and analytics to drive change and action recommendations.
Essential functions:
- Generates reports/dashboards and synthesizes them into actionable recommendations to executive leadership.
- Assists one or more business units in understanding and delivering their requests.
- Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of leadership reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and/or data QA.
- Collaborates with various function teams such as finance/accounting, business development, and executive leadership to achieve business results.

- Experience with data validation and peer review of tasks.

- Snowflake (preferred)
- Salesforce familiarity (preferred)
Required education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or current related certifications.
- 3 - 5 years of related experience required.
