Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Realty Technician / Real Estate Paralegal and support the Real Property Services organization for a regional enterprise utility organization. This individual will be responsible for opening and closing of land management cases including Land Use Review Requests (LURR) preparation and preliminary research, drafting documents, as well as preparing exhibits and maps. In addition, this position supports the acquisition process including completed Land Rights Reviews (LRR) and preparing acquisition packages.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position based out of Portland, Oregon with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. The position is hybrid with three to five days on site weekly and involves up to 10% field travel, throughout the service area of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, western Montana, northern Nevada, northern California and western Wyoming.
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is $30.12 - $31.57.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
- Associate's Degree is preferred.
- 5 years of property management, real estate, title review or related work experience is required.
- Course work or experience related to Real Estate principles, practices, precedent cases, and comprehension of the technicalities of government real property procedures, rules and regulations is required.
- Knowledge of real estate documents including but not limited to: Warranty Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Mortgages, Quit Claim Deeds, Liens, property title reports, and assessor/treasurer property information reports.
- Professional knowledge of the principles, practices, techniques, and underlying concepts of Real Property Services, which may include Geospatial Services, Survey and Mapping, Real Property Field Services, Realty Support Services, or experience coordinating projects that include these support services.
