Job Description:
As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s property acquisition efforts. You’ll leverage your communication skills to identify potential investment opportunities, engaging property owners and setting appointments for decision-makers. This role offers a unique blend of real estate insight and sales expertise, providing an exciting opportunity to directly impact the company’s growth. You’ll work remotely, collaborating with a motivated team dedicated to transforming properties and maximizing returns in the fast-paced New York real estate market.
Responsibilities:
• Generate high-quality leads for potential property acquisitions using online research and directories
• Conduct strategic cold calls to property owners, gauge interest in selling and overcoming objections
• Set appointments for company decision-makers with promising leads, managing scheduling efficiently
• Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed lead information and appointment outcomes
• Research and compile targeted lists of properties meeting specific investment criteria
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volumes and appointment success rates
• Collaborate with the core team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates
• Adapt communication approaches to effectively engage diverse property owners
Requirements
• Proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in real estate or related fields
• Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Proficiency with CRM systems and phone dialer software
• Strong research and analytical skills for effective lead generation and qualification
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Resilience and persistence in handling rejections and overcoming objections
• Adaptability to work remotely, aligning with Eastern Time Zone business hours
• Passion for real estate and eagerness to contribute to a growing investment operation
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
