Who You Are: - Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, auditing, finance or related field (Master in accounting or business-related field is preferred)
- 4+ years of accounting, asset-based lending, loan collateral, auditing, field examination, or financial consulting
- CPA, CTP, or CFE certifications are preferred
- Proficiencies in data mining and computer databases
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Products; advanced Excel skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems
- Advanced knowledge of factoring and asset-based lending, accounting, statistical analysis, audit procedures, collateral, loans, and credit quality
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments
- Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams
- Desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals and other social/networking activities
What You'll Do: - Provide field examinations for asset-based loans
- Execute audit procedures and identify issues in accordance with GAAP, bank credit policy, and legal guidelines
- Write reports to detail the finding of field examinations and make recommendations for improvements
- Document audit trails
- Analyze the quality and accuracy of a borrower's books, records, and financial and collateral reports submitted to the bank
- Complete borrowing base calculations and determine if loans are adequately collateralized
The expected pay range for this position is $80,000 - $150,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
