Agility Partners is seeking a qualified ServiceNow HAM/SAM Analyst to fill an open position with one of our banking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the IT Asset Management project by developing hardware and software asset management processes using ServiceNow.
- Manage and track hardware and software assets, review license and maintenance agreements, and interpret license use and deployment rights.
- Collaborate with the IT Asset Management team and stakeholders to mature the asset management program.
- Implement and maintain new features and capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement of technical products and services.

The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and less than 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT Asset Management.
- Demonstrable understanding of the end-to-end asset management process for hardware and software.
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow HAMPro and SAMPro or other asset management tools.
- Ability to conduct meetings with stakeholders on asset management processes.
