Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Business Systems Analyst to join one of our banking client's teams. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone adept at leading complex software development initiatives, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As the primary liaison between the Line of Business and Development Teams, you'll wield influence, contribute multifaceted expertise, and drive projects through their lifecycles.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with Line of Business stakeholders to comprehend business and technical requirements, manage product backlogs, and shepherd projects from inception to completion.
- Construct Solution Architecture Diagrams, ensuring a high-level view of desired solutions.
- Employ deep BSA skills, orchestrating complex, high-profile projects and delivering innovative solutions.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, driving timely, strategic solutions.

The Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Project or Program Management experience with a comprehensive grasp of software and testing lifecycles.
