The West Virginia Investment Management Board (WVIMB) is accepting resumes for an Internal Auditor. This is a full-time position that offers a great work/life balance. Partial remote work is offered following a training period. Starting salary ranges from $60k to $75k, depending on experience.

Functions and Basic Duties
- Conduct comprehensive audits, analysis, and other assignments in a professional manner and in accordance with approved work programs.
- Identify, analyze, evaluate, and record sufficient information to achieve work program objectives and to support conclusions.
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Assist with the execution of the independent external audit as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred or must be willing to obtain certification within two (2) years of hire.
