Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our Accounting department.

Key Accountabilities
- Complete all tasks pertaining to monthly billing, research discrepancies, maintain and reconcile membership accounts.
- Perform daily review of guest ledger accounts, alerting management of potential credit risks and document deficiencies.
- Process credit card charge backs and returned checks in a timely manner.
- Ensure correct daily revenue is posted.
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 2 years of similar work experience required.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable sub-ledger systems, preferably ResortSuite and Sun Accounting.
- Experience in Accounting within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $25.00 per hour
