Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Job Summary
- Directs all efforts related to Forms Management and Filing Implementation.
- Responsible for building and maintaining and implementation of short term strategy within assigned product line.
- Manages a team of approximately 8-10 product employees.
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinates activities within Forms Management and Filing Implementation teams to prioritize projects, identify process improvements, advocate for team initiatives, manage workflow and capacity, and analyze trends.
- Develops market strategies through class and risk management techniques.
- Creates product initiatives, rating and filing strategies.
- Develop a strategic vision to ensure appropriate training, continuity planning, consultative expertise to business partners.
- Manages a team of approximately 8-10 product employees.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years experience with forms development, state filing implementation, and/or product management.
- 3+ years experience leading people.
Preferred Skills
- Extensive insurance industry knowledge.
- Commercial lines insurance experience.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Technical subject matter expert in forms management and/or filing implementation.
- Experience with spreadsheets and tool development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Actions
- This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.

- Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
- Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.
