SENIOR MANAGER - ENTERPRISE RISK

As a key member of the enterprise risk management team, reporting to the Head of ERM, you will be responsible for enhancing the company’s understanding of and approach to risk, taking the existing ERM framework to the next level, and improving risk culture at the same time.
A highly visible role, where you will interact with every area of the business, across all functions and units, including company leadership and Board engagement. As a trusted expert in risk management, your opinions and analyses will influence how the company operates and evolves.
DUTIES
- Maintain and enhance risk governance and reporting
- Advise Senior Management and Board on risk management
- Update enterprise risk framework, ensure fit for purpose and adapts to evolving conditions
- Partner with business/functions to identify, assess and mitigate risks
- Oversight of risk identification, risk monitoring and risk controlling
- Key Risk Indicators (KRI) reviews
- Horizon / threat scanning
- Run training exercises to promote risk awareness and understanding
- Utilise technology to create risk dashboards/tools to improve efficiency of managing risk
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 8-12+ years of audit, controls or enterprise risk experience gained from consulting to or working in a global MNC in infrastructure, transportation, hospitality, logistics, or similar
- At least 4 years in enterprise risk management
- Proven track record of enhancing risk frameworks, controls, culture and awareness
- Ability to engage with business/function/company management/leadership on risk
- Experience implementing risk management tools (MI, dashboards, tools)
- Confident communicator with a demonstrable passion for risk management
- Professional audit or risk certification well regarded
COMPENSATION
- Base salary up to $120,000 with competitive bonus (~25%)
