Cognizant is seeking a GRC Archer Business Analyst for a full-time onsite opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitating requirement gathering for the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) use cases.
- Acting as an intermediary between the business partners, system vendors and GRC team.
- Eliciting requirements using interviews, process flow diagrams, user stories and business analysis.
- Acting as a liaison between the GRC Team and business partners using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate requirements.
- Proactively communicating and collaborating with Manager and Project Manager to analyze user needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Requirement Document, User Stories, Product Backlog and Process Flow Diagrams, Acceptance Criteria).
- Partnering with project stakeholders from gathering requirements, creating user stories, overseeing feature prototypes, testing features, and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of experience as a GRC Archer Business Analyst.
Experience with implementation and management of GRC solutions.
