What To Expect

Located in our downtown Denver office, this role is a Sr. Pricing Analyst, Price Reporting and Analytics, reporting to the Pricing Director. The Sr. Pricing Analyst position will be responsible for completing strategic pricing and data analytics that are highly visible within the organization. The primary focus of projects will be First Fit Markets in the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex data analysis to determine pricing optimization opportunities and identify pricing gaps.
- Lead 80 / 20 profit and growth analysis to drive profitable market share growth through a data-driven process and play an active role in the pricing strategy review and implementation.
- Lead price changes across multiple regions and customers by gathering, analyzing, and communicating price, cost, and other relevant information.
- Develop pricing intelligence by collecting and evaluating competitive data and developing awareness of the marketplace to shape decision making processes.
- Monitoring the results of pricing decisions by evaluating performance in relation to budget, profit margins and reference price.
- Own end-to-end analytics workflows, including but not limited to, defining success, implementing data requirements, conducting analysis, monitoring performance metrics, and presenting pricing recommendations to senior management and stakeholders with supporting data and analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting through cross functional collaboration.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibility.
About You
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or other business-related studies
- 5+ years' experience in Pricing, Finance or Analytics
- Fundamental understanding of business concepts, pricing concepts and financial metrics with the ability to manage complex, highly detailed projects.
- Analytical aptitude and intellectual curiosity.
- Self-motivated, capable of seeking quality solutions and continuously focusing on process improvements, while keeping the needs of the business in the forefront. High level of efficiency with Microsoft Office, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, CPQ, and BI is desired.
- Experienced with PDMLink and/or Oracle is a plus.
- Capable of building relationships, can communicate effectively and contribute to a highly cross functional team environment.
- Organized, able to support and manage multiple projects, flexible to accommodate changing business needs.
- Excited to work in the office with great teammates.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Pay & Benefits
- Full-Time
- Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
- Relocation is not provided
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
- Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
