What You'll Do
You will support the Collaboration management team in the areas of below:
- Develop and maintain financial consolidation models, working closely with other members of the broader finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Support management in strategic decision-making through analysis of financial data to identify trends and insights, following up with stakeholders as needed.
- Support weekly, monthly, & quarterly Bookings and Revenue actuals and forecast reporting as part of Collab FP&A team. Support accuracy and completion of quarter-end WD7 and WD8 presentation decks.
- Consolidate product mapping data management, providing updates necessary for quarterly corporate reviews (Finance Governance Board).
- Drive Capex, reporting, and forecasting cadence; partner with SBE Finance leaders, Corp FP&A and BE Central Finance team for monthly and quarterly reporting, business analytics, and other FP&A support. Own and execute on a number consolidation tasks, including:
- Royalties reporting
- Future Billing and Net Accounting reporting
- NPI reporting
- CM/DM reporting
- RPO (Deferred, Unbilled Revenue)
- Backup for Revenue Margin reporting
- Build strong partnerships with Corp & BE Central Finance FP&A teams, as well as BE Collaboration finance team, completing ad-hoc analyses to provide financial data and business insights as requested.
- Proactively identify, develop, and implement enhancements to existing reporting and business processes.
- Refine and develop monthly and quarterly operation/finance reviews. Responsible in reporting key financial information for effective decision-making.

You are a motivated, creative-thinking, and dependable finance professional with an eagerness to foster a positive culture and environment for yourself and others – with an emphasis on communication, collaboration, and support. You possess a value-add mentality, with an ability to provide actionable insights for the finance and business leadership team.
- BS degree in accounting, finance, or related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- SaaS business experience. Experience in enterprise technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail, with the ability to calibrate communications appropriate to the situation and audience.
- Self-starter who regularly takes initiative and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating creativity and judgment while prioritizing appropriately to meet tight deadlines.
- A proven ability to problem-solve and proactively address issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong communication and interpersonal skills).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, Business Objects a plus.
