Your Role With Us:
Here at Salem Health we are looking for a Senior Epic Analyst who specializes in EpicCare Ambulatory applications. This individual will help support the overall EMR structure that allows clinicians to effectively do their job from a technological aspect. Epic Analysts here at Salem Health provide pivotal application development and support on crucial modules and data systems within a clinical setting.

Background/Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Health care preferred OR eight years related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience where each year of education equates to two years of experience (four years of experience will be substituted for an associate's degree and eight years of experience will be substituted for a bachelor's degree).
- Minimum of six (6) years of Epic related experience required.
- Epic Ambulatory certification required.
- Kaizen basics course within first year of employment; base understanding of Lean preferred.
- Additional Epic Certifications in one or more of the following modules preferred: MyChart, Care Everywhere, EpicCare Link, Client Systems Administration, Healthy Planet, Security, Reporting Workbench, Orders, or ClinDoc.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills; solid communication skills, both oral and written; ability to work in department and interdepartmentally to articulate ideas, negotiate resolution of issues, and achieve objectives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, and assigned applications and technologies; experience with IT Service Management tools preferred.
