We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Work Dynamics Estate Management (CEM) team.
Role summary
The primary objective of the role is to be responsible for accounts payable activities and reporting to the clients, facilitating payment of vendors, which may include verification of invoices, reviewing regular charges, and resolving discrepancies.
What this job involves
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Payments preparation and verification
- Verification and posting of invoices
- Preparation of reports
- Providing support during internal and external audits
- Cooperation with external clients (including query resolution and account reconciliations)
- Cooperation with the Data Management, Accounts Receivable, and Estate Management Teams
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing other duties as required to support the AP Department and the Work Dynamics Estate Management team.
Team Work
- Attend regular meetings with finance and estate managers as needed to resolve issues and ensure client needs are met.
- Build strong working relationships with portfolio finance team, estate managers, and other related teams.
- Support senior management in creating an industry-leading Client Estate Management (CEM) team, which is considered a ‘Centre of Excellence’ both internally and externally.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working within an Accounts Payable team.
- Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Good knowledge of Horizon system; knowledge of Client Systems would be advantageous.
