What you’ll need to succeed
AIG seeks candidates who have excelled in previous work experience, demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement, possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills, and are enthusiastic about the insurance industry.

Candidate for Bachelor's or Master's degree to be received no later than June 2025 (unofficial transcript required upon application).
Program Start Date
The Early Career Analyst program will start on July 28, 2025.
Locations
Early Career Analyst positions are in-person opportunities and are available nationwide.
The base salary range for this position is $58,500 - $78,000. However, the final base salary offered to a candidate may be higher or lower than the range depending on a number of factors, including the candidate’s specific work location.
