Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline business operations and ensure compliance with real estate regulations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the real estate office, including managing administrative staff and coordinating office activities
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the real estate team to support the successful execution of real estate transactions, listings, and team activities
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between various departments within the real estate office to optimize workflow and enhance productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in real estate office operations
- Proficient in digital project management tools and software
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and different personalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
Compensation
