Core Business Processes
- Assist in the Month End close process to ensure accurate and timely month end reporting
- Reconcile employee remuneration benefit accounts and other accruals accounts
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, and analyze and interpret data
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare Financial Statements for the North American entities including the Consolidation of Manufacturing and Sales companies, in accordance with application of the proper Accounting Standards
- Assist with preparation & review of Sales Use Tax data for monthly filings for US entities
- Assist with the internal and external audit processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, human resources to oversee accounting processes and provide financial insights
- Assist where necessary in Purchase to Pay workstreams
- Actively participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned
Skills, Experience And Qualifications
- Solid understanding of ERP and Reporting systems, with SAP knowledge a plus
- +4 years Accounting and Finance experience
- Excellent understanding of financial metrics
- Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure, good team player, problem solver, ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines, great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical bias and Microsoft Excel skills
