Job Summary:
In this role, you can be part of a team supporting sales compensation for SHI. The Sr. Compensation Analyst position will play a vital role in ensuring the proper administration and execution of compensation plans with a focus on driving business strategy through analysis, management, and development. This position will report to the Somerset, NJ office.

Responsibilities:
- Work with compensation leader on ensuring alignment of compensation plans to SHI business goals
- Lead and coordinate analysis of updated or new compensation plan requests per Compensation Plan Governance process
- Provide “What-If” scenario modeling and plan effectiveness analysis
- Provide data-driven recommendations on compensation plans based on analysis
- Manage new business data requests with IT for development in Anaplan
- Conduct market benchmarking analysis against similar roles within the industry
- Ensure compensation plans adhere to SHI governance policies
- Suggestion of Anaplan platform functionality to support compensation plan updates that drive business growth
- Documentation and administration of all sales and overlay compensation plans within Anaplan
- Maintain and audit sales compensation plan structures and codes within Anaplan
- Provide support and expertise during any User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of new processes in Anaplan
- Partner with cross-functional departments to support sales compensation program at SHI
Qualifications:
- Experience with systems including AX, BI, CRM
- Experience with sales compensation programs
- 1-3 years of analytical skills
- 1-3 years of working experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information:
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
