Global Accounting Network is actively seeking a highly skilled Accountant for an exciting opportunity. We are in search of a detail-oriented professional with expertise in full-cycle accounting, month-end close procedures, and financial statement preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bank reconciliations and journal entries.
- Take charge of the month-end close process, ensuring precise recording of all financial transactions in strict accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Prepare financial statements and conduct thorough analysis.
- Prepare monthly general ledger account analysis.
- Manage cash flow and initiate cash transfers and ACH transactions.
- Review fixed asset purchases.
- Assist in year-end audits and ensure adherence to regulations to facilitate smooth processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and month-end processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities, proficiency in handling various tasks, and effective deadline management.
- Possesses effective interpersonal skills, adept at interacting with individuals at different organizational levels.
