Position Summary:
As a Senior Consultant for Med D Enrollment, you will support a variety of Resource Planning and Work Force Management Functions. You will be responsible for:
- WFM Application Management - Analyzing Schedules, short term forecasts and campaign performance. Managing Queue Monitoring process.
- Collaborate with key internal and external partners to gather and analyze needs and requirements for Short Term Forecasting.
- Manage projects related to a wide variety of financial, utilization, and business needs.
- Assisting in determining appropriate staffing levels and adjustment recommendations to meet budgeted targets.
- Maintain WFM data sources access, User Rosters and provide Operations leaders with user performance data.
- Interaction with senior leadership on a regular basis as well as facilitating meetings as needed.
- Be a self-starter, take initiative, drive your willingness to learn. Become a SME within the business.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Excel knowledge, building macros, generating reporting, analyzing trends.
- A combination of two or more qualifications listed below:
- Collaborate with key internal and external partners to gather and analyze needs and requirements.
- 2 years’ experience with projects related to a wide variety of financial, utilization, and business needs.
- 2 years assisting in determining appropriate staffing levels and adjustment recommendations in order to meet budgeted targets.
- 2 years maintain WFM data sources access, User Rosters and provide Operations leaders with user performance data.
- 2 years of Verint Experience, Data Analysis, Building Filters in Verint for Site Campaigns.
- 2 years of Queue Monitoring, analysis on determining if we are over or under scheduled in each specific queue and communicating out the scheduling rate and forecast.
- 2 years of multi-site oversight, communication, leading the business and vendor teams, and training on WFM knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Project Management Experience - Leading a project through start to finish with minimal guidance.
- Communication to internal and external business partners.
- 2 years Real Time Data Analysis including call center or backend operations reporting.

Education:

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.00 - $102,000.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
