Welcome to a medical center where you're the center of attention.
Pay range: $95,971.00 - $143,936.00
Responsible for a variety of Finance related functions to include developing pro forma work on existing and new services, updating the multi-year forecast model and ongoing analysis of the cost accounting system and service line reporting. Assist the Director during the annual operating budget cycle. Use advanced computer techniques to retrieve and analyze data and present results to management.

Note: Individuals accepting ongoing additional Team Lead/Coordination responsibilities (as outlined below), may be eligible for a pay premium.
Facilitates and coordinates the Finance Team to:
- Delegate issues/items to the team members.
- Ensure operational success of assigned area.
- Own project management, project collision and project prioritization across the entire team’s projects.
- Identify/prioritize future needs/plans of assigned area.
- Identify and implement standards and processes for assigned area.
- Identify and resolve/escalate issues for assigned area.
Qualifications:
- Requires Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business. MBA preferred.
- HFMA membership desired.
- Requires minimum of five years’ experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, of which at least one year is in healthcare. Healthcare experience highly desired. Experience with Axiom also highly desirable.
- Requires experience using Microsoft Excel, Access and Word. Demonstrates a high-level of experience in using a Decision Support System with prior experience using Alliance Decision Support (MedAssets), Axiom, and Budget Advisor (Kaufman Hall) is highly desirable.
- Requires strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
