Job Summary
Essential Functions
- Maintain existing SAP BW and ETL batch processes.
- Streamline and improve existing processes to put actionable information in the hands of global business partners in a timely manner.
- Partner across IT to maintain, patch, and upgrade production systems.
- Provide break-fix support and possible off-hours support.
- Work with cross-functional IT teams and vendors to develop, deploy, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues impacting the business.
- Maintain relevant technical documentation to ensure streamlined support and knowledge transfer between associates.
- Partner with the business to identify and define new analytic needs, then work with other IT associates to build and implement technical solutions to meet those needs.
- On-call availability to resolve critical system issues during non-standard hours on a rotational basis.
- As needed availability during non-standard hours to complete time-sensitive project activities or communicate with global team members.
- This position may require occasional travel (up to 10%) as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
- Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related business field required.
- 3+ years of experience in Analytics technical roles.
- Snowflake and SQL experience required.
- Experience with Qlik Replicate to ingest data to Snowflake is preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Jira software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a global team is required.
- Ability to create and maintain robust documentation of IT processes is required.
- Strong collaboration skills within a team, across IT, and with business users is required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.
