Your role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to:
- support the delivery of a variety of risk and non-risk related projects across the Field Processing Center of Excellence (CoE) with documentation, tracking and reporting
- partner with Field Processing CoE Business Risk team, other FP CoE leaders and SMEs on the development and documentation of procedures and controls
- support recruiting needs, hiring requests and headcount tracking
- support the development and tracking of objectives and key results for the Field Processing CoE
- identify opportunities to improve our processes and recommend changes with business impact in mind
- ensure compliance with policies, standards and regulatory requirements – e.g. make sure that legal, compliance and regulatory requirements are observed
Your team
You’ll be working as part of Global Wealth Management COO Americas, Field Processing Center of Excellence (CoE) team remotely. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You'll work closely with the Director of Risk and Business Management the Field Processing CoE and be responsible for supporting all facets of risk management and governance with a focus on risk and business management related processes.
Your expertise
You have:
- a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in banking and finance or a related field
- ideally 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial sector
- project management experience
- a methodical and accurate working approach, able to meet deadlines
- excellent technical skills most especially in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- previously worked in a risk related function or on risk related projects, human resources experience a plus
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience

- an analytic thinker with the ability to provide practical solutions
- a self-starter, willing to take on responsibility (you can manage yourself)
- inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
