The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, a strong academic background, and be admitted to practice law in Georgia.
Duties:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance-related agreements such as loan agreements, security documents, and financing statements.
- Providing legal advice on corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital market transactions.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on complex finance and banking issues.
- Assisting in due diligence processes and preparing related reports for clients.
- Collaborating effectively with partners and clients in strategy development and transaction execution.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Georgia in good standing.
