Tea Trailblazers Childcare Center is seeking a dedicated Float to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. This role collaborates with our Administration team. The hours are Monday - Friday, no weekends, no nights! This position is cross-trained in all the classrooms, supports lesson plan prep alongside the Program Manager, and leads all closing activities. Required to be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license, and experience in a childcare center is preferred.
Hours: Variable, possibly 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
