ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:
- Ability to create and maintain data and dashboards in Power BI.
- Leverage available reporting and dashboards to provide timely insights on performance in a way that facilitates data-driven decision making.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to build and deploy reporting capabilities related to strategic initiatives.
- Analyze key pillars of price, promotion, assortment, placement and effectively communicate complex findings to non-analytical peers.
- Identify and make recommendations to improve existing processes.
- Provide analytical support to the NA B2B team, working on ad-hoc cross-functional projects as required.
- Participate in annual planning process and review of key B2B initiatives and milestones.
- Support the B2B sales team with questions related to our pricing tools.
- Collaborate with the B2B sales team to provide pricing recommendations to potential customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or another analytical field.
- 2+ years of work experience in pricing, finance, data analysis, or project management experience a plus.
- Experience with price, promotion, and assortment optimization is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical skillset with the ability to effectively manage priorities and risks.
- Ability to listen, be resourceful, and interpret information from a variety of sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills to include navigational ability in a networked environment and proficiency in Microsoft Word and email applications. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access and other data visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau). Experience with SQL is a plus.
- Due to global scope of the role working across time zones, flexibility around working hours is required.
- Comfortable with presenting to both customers and internal leadership and speaking to large audiences.
