Responsibilities/Duties
- Prepare annual budgets and business plans for a portfolio of properties as managed internally or by third-party property management teams.
- Review and monitor the ongoing financial performance, leasing and capital programs for portfolio of properties.
- Schedule regular meetings with appropriate levels of Tenant management/operator.
- Travel to assigned markets/properties on a periodic basis.
- Complete site visit reports providing intelligence on tenant operations, market conditions and comps, and building condition and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Asset Management and Lease Administration to administer lease agreements.
- Work with Property Managers and Leasing Agents to develop leasing and contingency plans.
- Assist with onboarding new acquisition and development properties into the portfolio.
- Assist in capital improvement and tenant improvement projects.
- Work with accounting department to complete monthly financial packages and reporting including accruals, reclasses and budget vs actual variance notes.
- Prepare and present regular asset performance reports to senior management.
- Procure and manage vendors and service contracts.
- Engage outside brokers to develop market comps and statistics.
- Other duties related to overall value enhancement and risk mitigation.
- Any other duties as assigned per manager.

- Ability to work with staff in solving problems and ability to take direction and function as part of a team.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ industry experience/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous property/asset management experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business related or other applicable field.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Excellent people skills and ability to effectively communicate with tenants, peers, managers and clients.
- Dependable & flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proactive, initiate follow-through.
