Position: Residential Real Estate Closer
Location: Small fast-paced Atlanta Buckhead law firm
Salary: Up to $95k DOE
Responsibilities:
- Prepare closing documents and settlement statements
- Balance files and disburse files
- Read title and assist with preparation of documents to cure title issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a closing paralegal in a residential real estate law firm
