Do you have experience selling in the Insurance and Financial field? Angles Insurance is growing! We have an award-winning Allstate agency in Chantilly, VA. We are seeking sales professionals to help us aggressively grow the business. We are searching for energetic, motivated, experienced individuals who are interested in utilizing a consultative selling approach to increase our customer base. (This role is primarily remote, with one day per week in the office and four days per week working at home.)

Responsibilities
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Develops and maintains on-going networking relationships with local community
- Thoroughly understands all existing products and keeps up-to-date on new products
- Follows all compliance guidelines and procedures
- Maintains relationships with existing clients including recommending new products to better serve their needs
- Handles customer inquiries when Customer Service Representatives are unavailable
Requirements
- Portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions
- 1-2 years minimum insurance sales experience required
- Excellent at following up with prospects/managing leads
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Passionate about meeting customer needs
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Desire to be active in community
- Ability to follow and improve agency processes
- Life & Health license required for future promotions
