GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Identifies, analyzes, and monitors business projects that affect profitability, growth, and productivity by recommending financial and non-financial strategic alternatives, to develop and maintain operational plans and long-term goals and strategic objectives.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
- Collaborates with management in strategic projects through data analysis, planning new products and following up on project advancements.
- Provides data-driven guidance to direct project implementation, monitor progress, and alert a team regarding potential missed targets.
- Plans and execute projects and process automation, analyzing and issuing recommendations according to business needs, to implement timely solutions.
- Monitors project strategy plans based on logical framework approaches and maintain the project time limits, objectives, and communication plan.
- Plans and monitor project documentation process and reports and provide management with timely status update on project milestones.
- Coordinates and executes the project development life cycle via identifying project goal, requirements, methodology, resources planning, etc. for each project.
- Controls the integrity of the project data and information, track project metrics and time, forecast project projections and report project progress and challenges. Further, work with leadership to define solutions on project challenges.
- Recommends in subject matter by staying updated on industry trends and/or applicable legislative changes that may impact the organization.
