About the job Accounting & Administration Supervisor
Our client is the global manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including general ledger, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Provide monthly sales reports, cash flow forecasts, and in-depth analysis.
- Manage and utilize the company's ERP/accounting system to deliver timely and efficient financial reports, asset management, and inventory control.
Administration:
- Assist the management in overseeing all general administrative functions and day-to-day office operations independently.
- Liaise with service providers for office supplies, equipment, and other maintenance work.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets and inventory.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher-level qualification, with LCC accounting certification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, and meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Officer-level position.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is highly preferred.
